London is one of the most exciting cities in the world–your private London tours driver will show you the famous attractions and the hidden gems. We can keep to the plan or if you have something special you'd like to see, or would like to follow a theme, then we can design a tour just for you.

The Gothic architecture of the front of the building.

Visit Westminster Abbey the Cathedral where Kate and Wills got hitched - and nearly every English king and queen since 1066 has been crowned. Many Royals and famous people (including Charles Dickens) are buried here too. The abbey was formed by Benedictine monks in the mid 10th century.

This landmark building is over 900 years old and we can show you the historic sites including the Coronation Chair (built in 1300) and Poet's Corner where artistic figures including Geoffrey Chaucer were laid to rest.

In red uniform and busby hat parading outside Buckingham Palace.

Visit the most famous house in Britain. Buckingham Palace is the official London residence of His Majesty the King, and the doors are flung open every summer to welcome visitors. Tour the state rooms and see the wonderful works of art. Treasures include paintings by Rembrandt, Rubens and Canaletto. The Queen's Gallery of special exhibitions is well worth a visit too. And keep your eyes peeled in case you spot an elderly figure shuffling down the corridor in her crown and slippers…

If you'd like to see the Changing of the Guard then contact us and we'll arrange the tour around the ceremony.

Continuing the royal theme, we'll show you the Tower of London. This famous old fort is where traitors were imprisoned and lost their heads – and two of Henry VIII's unfortunate wives were held and executed here. It’s now home to the legendary black ravens, the Beefeaters, a dazzling collection of Crown jewels and, apparently, the ghost of Anne Boleyn…

Westminster at night, Harrods entrance & Shakespeare's Globe.

We'll show you the Houses of Parliament on the north bank of the Thames, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, or if you fancy splashing the cash we'll drop you at Harrods - the world's leading luxury department store.

Of course there’s always time to visit Big Ben - the magnificent clock tower that forms part of the Houses of Parliament and whose chimes have become famous around the world. The name 'Big Ben' refers to the 13 ton bell and the minute hand is an amazing 14 feet long! And newly refurbished - all shiny and bright and back to its original blue.

A hearty plate of fish and chips.

You'll likely feel a bit peckish by now so how about a spot of lunch? We can take you to a traditional English pub for fish and chips or (weather permitting) you can eat your sandwiches in Hyde Park or Kensington Gardens - the setting for the royal residence of Kensington Palace.

See the iconic Tower Bridge—constructed during the reign of Queen Victoria in 1894. The deck is raised to allow river traffic through, about 500 times a year. We sometimes get lucky and witness this during one of our tours of London. Plus you'll find excellent restaurants nearby in Butlers Wharf…

Visit the outstanding St. Paul's Cathedral, which was built by Sir Christopher Wren between 1675-1700. It remained undamaged during the heavy bombing of World War II and was seen as a symbol of hope. Enjoy wonderful views of London from the breathtaking viewing point. Plus don’t miss the famous whispering gallery…

Looking down at the Houses of Parliament from one of the pods.

Or how about a ride on The London Eye? See great views across London from Europe's tallest Ferris wheel. There are 32 air-conditioned capsules, each one representing one of the boroughs of London. The structure is 443 feet tall and the wheel has a diameter of 394 feet. Well worth doing the rounds!

You may prefer a leisurely trip down the river Thames. Don't worry, we'll meet you at the other end so you can continue your tour in comfort.

Lots of other places of interest to visit including Trafalgar Square, with its Nelson's Column and also Piccadilly Circus in the heart of London's vibrant West End.

Our customers say...
"We wanted to see southern England and end up in Bath – and thanks to David, we went where we wanted, when we wanted. The cost was little more than the alternatives, and the convenience alone was worth every penny. On top of it all, David is an interesting, knowledgeable and amusing companion who provided us with a stress-free, enjoyable day from start to finish. We recommend him highly"
Tom & Susan - Chicago, USA
"Thanks for taking our clients/my relatives to Windsor and Hampton Court on Thursday. They really enjoyed the day with you. They particularly enjoyed seeing your old school and some of the more unusual parts of London"
